You will speak directly with a certified technician who can advise you on simple repair issues. If the problem cannot be solved by the phone, we will address you to the nearest Scania, Iveco or Mercedes-Benz workshop in any country in Europe and we will send you help. If the fault is diagnosed before the technician leaves the workshop, we will send you the appropriate parts from the workshop to perform the repair. A high level of damage is repaired on site, and in the event of a larger scale damage, the vehicle will be repaired at the nearest Scania, Iveco or Mercedes-Benz workshop.<\/p>\n
